How to Complete Request Lactation Consultation with Lactation Network website.

Follow the 5 step process:

Step #1: Go to Lactation network website, Step #2 Request a Lactation Consult…clic on get started. Step #3 Answer yes to LC refer,

Step #4 Type in Elizabeth Schmidt or name of lactation business “Az Baby n Mama Lactation”.

Step #5 Complete the form …clic Request your Consultation.

You will receive verification per email from the Lactation Network regarding eligibility.
